IN-HOUSE SALES TRAINERS

Job Description

The In-house Sales Trainer is the person responsible for the development and implementation of learning programs both for public and corporate assigned clients.

They are also tasked to submit training reports regularly and provide feedback to management for learning session improvements.

Responsibilities

The In-house Sales Trainer is expected to fully understand and accomplish all assigned responsibilities as follows;

  • Conduct all training programs including session activities agreed upon with clients
  • Suggest, design and develop training modules based on specific sales topics subject for approval
  • Submit training reports on a timely basis
  • Provide feedback to management for learning session improvements
  • Protect and treat all company information, strategies, programs, materials and policies with the highest confidentiality

Qualifications

The In-house Sales Trainer applicant should possess the following qualification to be considered for the position:

  • Male or Female
  • Must not be more than 35 years old
  • Graduated with a business or commerce course from a reputable college or university
  • Must have at least 3-6 months experience in conducting classroom training
  • Must have at least 3-6 months experience in sales
  • Knowledge and/or experience in developing training modules or presentations
  • Trainable and a fast learner
  • Must have a pleasing personality
  • Confident and has excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be results-oriented
  • Passionate and enjoys helping people learn and improve their skills

SALES CONSULTANTS

The In-house Sales Consultant is the person responsible for the marketing and promotion of all company programs and services through prospecting and closing of target clients. They are also tasked to submit sales reports regularly and provide competitor feedback to management.

The In-house Sales Consultant is expected to fully understand and accomplish all assigned responsibilities as follows;

  • Conduct all sales related activities with the objective of closing target clients

Job Description

The Sales Administrative Assistant is the person responsible for the all back office sales support for the marketing and promotion of all company programs and services working closely and effectively with the In-house Sales Trainers, In-house Sales Consultants and Management. He/She is also tasked to submit all required reports regularly and provide process improvement suggestions and ideas.

Responsibilities

The Sales Administrative Assistant is expected to fully understand and accomplish all assigned responsibilities as follows;

  • Support all sales related activities working effectively and efficiently with all In-house Sales Consultants with the objective of closing target clients
  • Suggest and help implement all sales & marketing programs and strategies to promote the company and its programs and services
  • Submit required reports on a timely basis
  • Provide feedback regarding process improvements to management aligned with business and company objectives
  • Protect and treat all company information, strategies, programs, materials and policies with the highest confidentiality
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

The Sales Administrative Assistant applicant should possess the following qualification to be considered for the position:

  • Female
  • Must not be more than 30 years old
  • Graduated from a business related any applicable course from a reputable college or university
  • Must have at least 3-6 months experience in sales and/or sales administration with a proven track-record of accomplishments
  • Trainable and a fast learner
  • Must have a pleasing personality
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be results-oriented
